Hello! 

My name is Leanne Kruger.  I live on a dairy farm near Wabasha, MN with my husband and four boys.  I enjoy spending time with my family including watching my boys play sports and show cows in 4-H.  In my spare time I also enjoy being creative with photography and decorating.  I am an introvert, patient, caring, and enjoy meeting new people.  I feel we can gain so much from listening and learning from others. 

My Approach

It is my goal to promote the social-emotional well-being of all students.  I take a collaborative approach to social work and feel every child matters and having a support system is key. I will work together with the students, parents, teachers, and staff to promote a positive learning experience.  A student’s learning can be affected by their interactions outside the school.  Having a collaborative relationship between families and the school can help make a positive impact on a student’s educational success. It is my goal to take a proactive approach to meet the needs of students.  I am passionate about working with students and helping them achieve all the success that life has to offer!
