- To achieve 100% passing scores on MCA II’s
- To exceed target scores on the Minnesota Comprehension Assessments
- To meet the goals and objectives of Individual Education Plans
- To exceed State and National post-secondary participation rates
- To hire and retain all quality employees
- To explore and implement non-traditional learning offerings and opportunities
- To support all families through early childhood family education

environment for students, staff, and the public.
