The Wabasha-Kellogg School District has spent the past few years looking critically at the needs of the District’s facilities. After an in-depth facility assessment, analysis of educational needs, and review of enrollment projections, a plan was developed to update the school to position the District for the future.
On November 7, 2023, a $16.2 million facility bond referendum was passed by 61.95%. This facility bond referendum includes updates and replacements to the HVAC system, a partial new roof, fire alarm system, secure entry, renovating the Continuing and Technical Education (CTE) labs, science labs, restrooms, and media center.
