My name is Cynthia Taplin-Mason.  I am one of the 7-12 Special Education teachers here at Wabasha-Kellogg Public Schools. I am originally from Elmwood, Wisconsin.  I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation with a concentration in Special Education and a Master’s Degree in Education.  I also hold a degree in Cross Categorical Special Education. I currently hold certifications in working with students with learning, emotional and behavioral, and developmental disabilities in grades K-12.
