My name is Mike Schumacher.

I’m presently the W-K Technology Coordinator.

I am a 1976 High School Graduate of Sleepy Eye St. Mary’s in Sleepy Eye MN and a 1980 graduate of the University of Minnesota – Morris campus with a degree in Mathematics.  At U of M – Morris I played Intercollegiate football all four seasons. 

In 1990 I obtained a Masters degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire campus.

I have been working at W-K since the fall of 1980.

Over the years I have done the following at W-K:

• Taught Math and Computer Science classes full time (1980 – 1992)
• Taught Math half time and the District Technology Coordinator half time (1992 – 2000)
• Taught Math less than half time and the District Technology Coordinator the remaining time (2000-2018)
• District Technology Coordinator full time (2018- Present)
• Varsity Softball Coach (Spring 1981 – Present)
• Football Coach, JH, B-Squad and Varsity Assistant (1980 – 1995)
